Zoe Nadia does NOT offer refunds, however we DO OFFER store credit.

      STORE CREDIT DOESN'T EXPIRE

- The exchange/return policy will be processed is non-transferrable and will be processed as store credit within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the items.

* Returns (14 days) of the purchased DATE.

* Discounted/sale items are final.

* All items should be in the same condition it was received in

  - Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

  -  Returned items must not have no visible signs and use.

  - Items should have no damage or stains to it.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, PLEASE keep up with the tracking.
